My Work Ethic

Through my years working in many levels of the restaurant business I’ve always attempted to hold the responsibilities of my job to the highest level of service. In that time I have established a simple set of guiding principles that have served me well. The most important qualities are honesty, reliability and teamwork. They are always a work in progress to make the workplace more productive and successful.

Holding myself to the high standard only means I recognize the mistakes I make as a learning experience and a way to advance my skills. I‘ve always felt it was part of my job, as a fellow employee or manager, to support the team and provide any assistance necessary to complete the highest quality of service to the customer.

However, I also believe that no business can function to the best of its ability or in some cases, thrive in such a competitive industry in these times without complete cooperation and equal dedication from all its employees.
